First Dusting on the Peaks.

Snow and changing leaves have been the theme this September. The high country experienced its first dustings this month quickly followed by the beginning of leaf season. The Aspens have started their transformation from green to yellow, red and orange - although we still have a few weeks before the peak colors.

Summer Sales Pace

The number of residential sales in Summit County jumped to 542 transactions this summer - an over 100% increase compared to the summer of 2009 when there were 249 transactions. Buyers and Sellers are continuing to find common ground with most properties selling for 96% of list price.
