An early October snow storm covered the streets in downtown Breckenridge and provided a great base for all the ski areas around Summit County. Breckenridge Ski Resort reported between 9" - 11" at higher elevations on the mountain.

Sales Price vs. List Price
Over the past year the sales price of a property in Summit County has averaged 96% vs the list price and 93% vs the original list price (before any reductions). This is a positive reflection of the market as buyers and sellers are finding common ground and agreeing about value.

Development Update - Corkscrew Flats
New single-family homes continue to be built in the Corkscrew Flats subdivision located a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. These new construction homes average 3,000 square fee, include 3-4 bedrooms, private patios and two car garages. Owners enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range and nature paths along the creek that runs parallel to the development.
